During secretary’s working hours (Sun–Thu, 8:00–20:00): Call the Medical Secretary at 055-555-5555.
Outside of working hours: Call the Medical Hotline at *3555 ext. 4. Nurses will advise you and, if needed, refer you to urgent care or the ER.
For life-threatening emergencies, call MDA (101) or United Hatzalah (1221) immediately.
