From Sunday to Thursday, you may also visit the duty doctor at the Ramat Shlomo Clinic (14 Chazon Ish St.) without an appointment, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

- Night (11:00 PM–8:00 AM): go to Terem or the hospital ER (note: ER wait times are usually longer).

Obtain a referral from the visiting doctor or your family doctor, then schedule at a clinic that offers X-ray services.
I have a severe toothache. Where can I get emergency dental care?
You can visit any dental clinic with available appointments.

What should I do in case of a sudden allergic reaction?
- Life-threatening (no EpiPen available): Call MDA (101) or United Hatzalah (1221) immediately.
- Mild (rash or itching): Visit a doctor. If fever appears, call *3555 ext. 4 to consult with a nurse.
I lost my Maccabi health card. How do I get a new one?
Contact the secretary to issue a replacement.
